This is the frustration that a hardcore Windows user face while using MAC for the first time. How in the hell do I Right Click? There is no right click button. I understand, I faced the same issue during my initial days of MAC use.
Method 1
To right click on a MAC keep the Control Key down and Tap on your mouse or trackpad.
Method 2
Double tap on the mouse or trackpad for Right Click.
Right Click
Method 3
If you really want a “Right” Click button, there is a way. Configure the mouse or trackpad to use the right side of the mouse or trackpad for right clicking.
Point to note – Right Click on MAC is officially known as Secondary Click.
Click on icon > System Preferences > Mouse / Trackpad.
Under the Point & Click Tab, select Secondary Click.
Select Right Bottom Corner from the drop down.
You are all set.
Configure right click Right Click
This is such a trivial yet important & irritating issue that I wasted days initially on my MAC. Hope this article helps people out there.
